Knowledge is the key to solving problems. With the proper resources, all problems can be solved. I went to Wichita Technical Institute studying Integrated Electronics and Computer Technology. A+ Certified Computer Technician. With high honors in professionalism and excellence, WTI has given me the Knowledge and Resources to overcome any problem technically. I'm highly skilled in troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems like XP, and Vista, as well as building PCs and installing computer components. Being a gamer and a technician, I can relate to both young and mature adults.
